Consumer Fair on Oct. 2-5 at Gaisano Mall Davao Atrium!

THE regional office of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is all set for the conduct of the Consumer Fair on October 2-5 at the Atrium of the Gaisano Mall of Davao. The four-day activity will feature highlights such as the awarding of the DTI-Certified Establishments in the region, demos on safety and wellness by the Consumernet 11 agencies, and a poster-making contest for high school students in Southern Mindanao.

The fair adopted the theme 'On the Healthy and Safe Sides of Living'. For the awarding of the DTI certified establishments this year, we already have a gold seal awardee.

As to the poster-making contest, there are more than 20 schools in the region would send a representative for the activity.

The fair will highlight products and services with product standards, mark/import commodity clearance, occupational safety equipment/supplies, fortified food, Halal food, organic and sustainable products, herbal medicines and food supplements, physical fitness products and services, and other health and wellness products.

The fair will be conducted in cooperation with the Consumer Advocating for Sustainable and Healthy (Cash) Lifestyles Network, a conglomeration of organizations and individuals that support sustainable consumption, the City Government of Davao, and the Gaisano Mall of Davao.
