MERCO Fun Run on Oct. 19!

The registration for the Merco (Mercantile Corporation) 62nd Anniversary Fun Run event in cooperation with Davao Sunday Runners Club (SunRun), which is already on its third year on October 19 at 5 AM starting off at Merco Bolton, opens on Monday which is for the benefit of the Maharlika Charity Foundation.

Interested runners can get their registration forms at Merco Bolton, Merco Quirino and Merco Cabaguio.

• 5K- Registration Fee P50.00 with souvenir shirt
  
• 10K-Registration Fee P100.00 with souvenir shirt
  
• 21K-Registration Fee P150.00 with souvenir shirt

For 5k male and female:

• Champion-P2,00.00
• 2nd Place- P1,500.00
  
• 3rd Place- P1,00.00
  
• 4th Place- P500.00
  
• 6-10th Placers- P300.00
  

For 10K male and female:

• Champion-P3,00.00
• 2nd Place- P2,500.00
• 3rd Place- P1,500.00
• 4th Place- P1,000.00
• 5th Place P500.00
  

For 21K male and female:

• Champion- P5,00.00
• 2nd Place - P3,000.00
• 3rd Place- P2,000.00

All participants will be treated with hot and cold snacks at the finish line of this event and special awards will also be at stake such as the oldest and the youngest runner.

In addition, special prizes will also be raffled off at the finish line of this event also backed by Selecta and Nestle Food Services.
